Kuk Sool Won (KSW) is a comprehensive traditional Korean martial art that combines striking, grappling, throwing, joint locks, acrobatics, and traditional weapons into one systematic fighting and self-defense curriculum. Our KSW program is an excellent introduction to the disciplines of martial arts. Taught by a 4th degree black belt, Sa Bum Nim Cindy Redolfi gets our kids ready for the real deal in a weekly class.
Our Mighty Mites program is a pre-school version of KSW, helping children ages 3+ learn discipline, defense skills and more. These Pre-K and Kinder classes perform in our Martial Arts Showcase in June.
We also offer KSW for 1st-3rd graders, known as our KSW Dragons. This class takes their Mighty Mites training to the next level, getting students ready to join KSW and start earning their colored belts. These classes also perform in our Martial Arts Showcase in June.
