New Ownership - Information & FAQs
After 18 years of building and leading All About Dance into the warm and welcoming studio it is today, Vanessa has made the decision to pass the studio into new hands. We are so excited to share that Audrey Heffner will be taking over as the new owner of All About Dance, effective 9/1/26!
For many of you, Audrey is already a familiar face. She has been part of the All About Dance family for years as a teacher and as our FORCE Ballet Program Director. She knows our dancers, our families, our teachers, and most importantly, she shares the same love for this studio and everything that makes it special.
This transition has been thoughtful and intentional, with a shared goal of honoring the foundation Vanessa has built while continuing to grow and evolve for the future. During this transition season, Vanessa will remain actively involved to support Audrey, ensure a smooth handoff, and continue sharing her guidance and experience as the studio moves into this next chapter.
So, what does this mean for our families?
First and foremost, All About Dance is still All About Dance. Our incredible teachers, welcoming environment, commitment to quality dance education, and focus on giving every dancer a place to belong aren't changing.
At the same time, we're excited about what comes next. You may see new ideas, expanded opportunities, and continued investment in our programs and studio experience as we build on the strong foundation already in place. Our goal isn't to change what makes All About Dance special—it's to help it continue to thrive for many years to come.
Most of all, we want to say thank you. All About Dance would not be what it is today without the families who have trusted us with their dancers year after year. Whether you've been here for many seasons or are just joining us, we're incredibly grateful that you're part of this community.
We are both so excited for this next chapter and can't wait to share more with you in the weeks and months ahead.

Frequently Asked Questions
When does the ownership change take effect?
Audrey will officially become the owner of All About Dance on September 1, 2026.
Is All About Dance changing its name?
No! All About Dance isn't going anywhere.❤️
Will our ClassJuggler Accounts remain the same?
Mostly! We are able to keep everything the same about ClassJuggler and your registrations. HOWEVER, credit card information did not carry over due to PII (Personally Identifiable Information). Please be sure to re-add your credit card to your account!
Will our teachers or classes be changing?
Our amazing teaching team will continue to be at the heart of All About Dance. The ownership transition itself does not change your dancer's current class placement or schedule.
Will tuition or fees change?
No changes are being made to the published 2026–27 tuition and fees as a result of the ownership transition. Recital fees will now have multiple options for payments, however - be on the lookout for a separate communication.
Is Ms. Vanessa leaving?
Not right away! Vanessa will remain involved during the transition to help ensure a smooth handoff and support Audrey as she steps into ownership.
What about All About Dancewear?
Vanessa will continue to own and operate the store, all about DANCEWEAR.
Will other things change at the studio?
Over time, yes—you'll continue to see All About Dance grow and evolve! Audrey has some exciting ideas for the future, but changes will be thoughtful and intentional. The goal is to build upon what families already know and love about AAD, not replace it.
